Making Minneapolis better - We find ourselves lucky enough to say this is a reoccurring theme with most if not all of our local partners. While no one we meet underestimates the task. We a hope that doing good where we can we'll contribute to the greater Good in our cities and world. We've taken small steps by doing the following;

• Supporting local projects: Nelson Comedy (Community comedy group focused on bettering Mpls)

• Promoting local people: Currently offering no mark-up promos on local merchandise / artwork

• Building a sustainable positive Minnesota through our message and promotions.

Our Food

We offer a variety of signature sandwiches, as well as sides and salads. Our sandwiches are made with fresh, local ingredients and are prepared to order. We also offer a variety of catering options for parties, events & businesses.

Our Techniques

Our special sauce? Now years ago when formulating our menu we started from scratch, looking at each flavor and ingredient as a building block . Hours before a hot sandwich is delivered to your plate. It's premade and our commercial kitchen kept cold then warmed on a 400 Degree Panini Press for 1 minute. it's then quickly topped with veggies and sauces before being served Delivery, Concessions or Catering style.
